Please note this is your notice of the Annual Subdivision Dues 
The 2018 dues of $130 are due by March 1, 2018 to avoid a late fee.

Checks can be sent in the mail or placed in the manila envelope between the front and screen door by March 1, 2018. To avoid a late fee, at the below address.   Please do not place unstamped envelopes in the U.S.mailbox.

Please join us on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at the Cliff Cave Branch Library, 5340 Telegraph Rd., St. Louis, MO  63123 (south of Yeager & Telegraph Rds) for our annual meeting. We look forward to seeing you at the annual meeting!

Subdivision Garden Volunteers Needed

Help continue to add curb appeal to our subdivision
We need people to help with garden upkeep.  Weeding, planting and mulching.  Please contact Trustees if interested.

Web page Updates and Neighborhood Watch – We will continue to update the webpage with minutes and any alerts
     we receive from neighbors in our subdivision or neighboring subdivisions on any suspicious activity or crimes. 
     We will send out a group email to all owners about any activity so you can better protect your household.  Those
     Owners not on the email list will be called if the activity is in their direct proximity.
